Prosperity Investment Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. Through its subsidiaries, the Company鈥檚 principal activities include the holding of equity or equity-related investments, loans financing and the provision of management services to the investee companies. During the year ended December 31, 2009, the Company disposed its 30% equity interest in Halway Development Limited. On July 17, 2009, it disposed of its entire equity interest in Rich Profits International Limited and its associated companies, Magic Mark Limited and Albert Candy (Shenzhen) Co Ltd. On February 23, 2010, it disposed its equity interest in a wholly owned subsidiary, Linkson Investment Limited. On July 17, 2009, the Company disposed all its equity interest in Home Growth Assets Limited, which owned 33.75% equity interest in Happy Online Group Ltd. During 2009, the Company also disposed its interest in Chief Success Management Limited and its associate, Luck Point Investment Limited.
