Earnest Investments Holdings Limited is an investment company engaged in investment and trading of listed and unlisted companies. The Company's portfolio consists of Artronic Productions (Australia) Pty Limited, Ocean Pharmaceutical (HK) Limited, APAC Resources Limited, Sinocop Resources (Holdings) Limited, New Times Energy Corporation Limited, Shougang Concord International Enterprises Company Limited and Shougang Concord Century Holdings Limited. During the year ended December 31, 2009, the Company sold an unlisted investment engaged in provision of investment and business management consulting services in the People鈥檚 Republic of China (PRC). As at December 31, 2009, 79% of the Company鈥檚 investments were in a portfolio of Hong Kong listed securities, 3% in the equity interests of unlisted companies, 17% in cash which was deposited with banks in Hong Kong and 1% in other assets.
