China New Economy Fund Limited is a closed-ended investment company. The principal investment objective of the Company is to achieve long-term capital appreciation through investing globally in both private and publicly listed enterprises that manufacture a product or deliver a service in China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan (Greater China). The Company may acquire investments that derives income from enterprises established, or conducting business, in and outside Greater China, and those related to new economy industries of Greater China, including but not limited to the low carbon energy industry, software and Internet-related industries. CITIC Securities International Investment Management (HK) Limited is the investment manager of the Company.
