Shandong Xinhua Pharmaceutical Company Limited is principally engaged in development, production and distribution of chemical raw material drugs, preparations and chemical products. The Company provides chemical raw material drugs, including analgin, caffeine, amidopyrine, ibuprofen, theophylline, aspirin, hydrocortisone and pipemidic acid, among others, as well as preparations, including pipemidic acid tablets, compound liquorice tablets and nimodipine tablets. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had eight subsidiaries, which involved in production and distribution of chemical raw material drugs, intermediates, Chinese patent medicines and chemical products, as well as design of pharmaceutical engineering.
