The Company, along with its subsidiaries, acts as an interactive media entertainment company focused on providing entertainment across China. The Company is also principally engaged in manufacturing and sale of packaging products, as well as watch trading respectively. The Company has three segments: digital entertainment business, packaging products business and watch business. The digital entertainment business is engaged in the provision of Internet cafe licenses, online game tournament services and online entertainment platforms. The packaging products business segment manufactures and sells packaging products. The watch business segment is engaged in the trading of watches. On December 28, 2009, the Company acquired 24.41% equity interest of Well Union Investments Limited. On June 29, 2009, the Company completely disposed of its entire equity interests in Hamlet Group.
