Emcom International Limited is an investment holding company. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2010, (fiscal 2009), the Company was principally engaged in sales and trading of telecommunication and electronic equipment, commodities and computer hardware and relevant peripherals (Trading), property holding and provision of property management services (Property Holding and Management). On October 7, 2009, the Company acquired shopping mall Granville Identity (gi), located at Granville Road, Hong Kong. As of March 31, 2010, its wholly owned subsidiaries include Easybuild Assets Management Limited, Emcom (HK) Pte Limited, Faith Pro Trading Limited, Harvest Yield Investments Limited, High Amuse Limited and Sinotrans Resources Limited.
