Kader Holdings Company Limited is an investment holding company. The Company is engaged in manufacture and trading of plastic, electronic and stuffed toys and model trains, property investment and investment holding. It operates in three segments: toys and model trains, property investment and investment holding. The Toys and model trains segment is engaged in manufacture and sale of plastic, electronic and stuffed toys and model trains. These products are manufactured in its manufacturing facilities located primarily in Mainland China. The property investment segment is engaged in leasing of office premises, industrial building and residential units to generate rental income and to gain from the appreciation in the properties value in the long term. The investment holding segment is engaged in investment in securities. On January 23, 2009, the Company completed the acquisition of Sanda Kan (Cayman III) Holdings Company Limited and its subsidiaries.
