In February 2010, it disposed its entire interest in Starry Company Limited. On April 7 2010, it completed an acquisition of an 80% interests in Gansu Hezheng Xinyuan Mining Co., Ltd. On May 10, 2010, it acquired 80% interest in Qinghe County Jindu Mining Development Company Limited. On June 17, 2010, it acquired 100% interest in Xinfengyuan Mining Company Limited. On July1, 2010, it acquired 100% interest in Guigang City Longxin Mining Development Co., Ltd. On October 29, 2010, it acquired 55% interest in Fengcheng City Baiyun Gold Mining Co., Ltd.
