Lingbao Gold Company Ltd. is an integrated gold mining enterprise in the People鈥檚 Republic of China (PRC). The Company is mainly engaged in gold mining, smelting and refining. Its products are gold, silver, copper products, copper foils and sulphuric acid. The Company鈥檚 mineral resources are located in the People鈥檚 Republic of China regions of Henan, Xinjiang, Jiangxi, Inner Mongolia, Gansu and Kyrgyz Republic with 56 mining and exploration rights with a total area of 2,222.74 square kilometers. It operates in four segments: Mining-PRC, which is engaged in gold mining and mineral ores processing operations in the People鈥檚 Republic of China; Mining-KR, which is engaged in gold mining and mineral ores processing operations in the Kyrgyz Republic; Smelting, which is engaged in gold and other metal smelting and refinery operations carried out in the People鈥檚 Republic of China, and Processing, which is engaged in copper processing operation carried out in the People鈥檚 Republic of China.
