In March 2009, the Company disposed Carpet Manufacturing Group, Kaicheng (Hong Kong) Company Limited and Orient Carpet Manufacturing (HK) Limited. In April 2009, the Company disposed Jackley China Limited (Jackley China). In May 4, 2009, the Company disposed 626 Limited, Hong Kong Forest SourceMining Industry Development Company Limited and International Carpet Company Limited. In August 21, 2009, the Company disposed Aurora International Enterprises Limited (AIEL).
