Min Xin Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. The Company has five segments: banking investment, insurance, property development and investment, strategic investment and others. Banking investment this segment includes the Company鈥檚 36.75% interest in the Xiamen International Bank and its subsidiaries, which conducts banking business in Mainland China and Macao. Insurance segment includes the Company鈥檚 general insurance business in Hong Kong and Macao and insurance brokerage business in Hong Kong. Property development and investment segment includes the development and sale of residential properties and leasing of office space in Mainland China. Strategic investment segment represents the Company鈥檚 investment in 72 million A-Share in Huaneng Power International, Inc. Others segment includes results of operations not directly identified under other reportable segments (industrial instrument manufacturing and toll road investment in China) and head office activities.
