During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2010 (fiscal 2010), Freeman was engaged in the trading of securities, provision of finance, property holding and investment, insurance agency and brokerage business, securities brokerage, investment advisory and investment holding. The Company has six segments: the trading of securities segment, the provision of finance segment, the property holding and investment segment, the insurance agency and brokerage business, securities brokerage, placing, underwriting and margin financing segment, and the investment holding segment. On 30 September 2009, the Company acquired 51.44% equity interest in Hennabun Capital Group Limited.
