REXLot Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. The Company is engaged in lottery system and games design business, distribution and marketing of lottery products, and financial business. It operates in two segments: Lottery business and Financial services. The lottery business consists of development and production of lottery machines, related operating software system and networks for lottery industry, the distribution and marketing of lottery products and development of mobile value added services for lottery business in the People鈥檚 Republic of China. Its financial services segment consists of broking, securities margin financing, corporate finance and asset management, and money lending. In June 2010, the Company acquired additional 5.09% interest in Shenzhen Sinodata Technology Co. Ltd (Sinodata). During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company acquired Winrest International Limited (Winrest). During 2010, it acquired Dynasty Max Limited.
