The coking coal segment includes production of coking coal. The metals mining segment includes exploration and mining of metals resources. The corporate investment segment includes investment in corporate entities, both listed and unlisted. On December 2, 2010, the Company disposed Regent Metals Limited. The Company鈥檚 subsidiaries include Abagaqi Changjiang Mining Co., Ltd, Alphorn Management Limited, Amerinvest Coal Industry Holding Company Limited, AstroEast.com Limited and Interman Holdings Limited. On November 29, 2010, the Company disposed Regent Coal (HK) Limited and Xin Jiang Regent Coal Limited.
