The Company鈥檚 principal asset is a 70% equity interest in Guangzhou Pearl River Rubber Tyre Limited, which is a joint venture. The principal activity of the joint venture is the manufacturing and marketing of various types of tyres for commercial vehicles. The Company has two segments: manufacturing and investment holding. The subsidiaries of the Company include PRT Capital Pte. Ltd. and Carham Assets Limited.

Guangzhou Pearl River Rubber Tyre Ltd (GPRT), is a sino foreign joint venture company. The original company, Guangzhou Rubber Enterprises Group Co. Ltd was founded in year 1970 in Tanbu Town Huadu District Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province in China. We are one of the best Truck Bus Bias (TBB) and Light Truck Bias (LTB) manufacturer in China which have seen vigorous expansion over the years. Our export also expanded by folds since 2004 thus making our products as one of the leading brands in over 40 countries.
