Its indirect subsidiaries include Burwill Minerals Limited, Burwill Resources Limited, Burwill Resources Spain, S.A, Burwill Steel Pipes Limited, Burwill Steel Pipes Limited and Burwill Steel Company Limited, Burwill Times Industrial Limited and Hillot Limited, among others. The Company operates in four main geographical areas: Mainland China, Asia (other than Mainland China and Hong Kong), Europe and Others. On March 31, 2010, the Company鈥檚 subsidiary Burwill Minerals Limited acquired 51% of the issued share capital of Tai Xin Minerals Limited.
