Chinney Investments, Limited is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company. The Company is principally engaged in property development, property investment for rental purposes, and manufacturing and trading of garments. It operates in four segments: the garment segment, the property development segment, the property investment segment and others. As of March 31, 2010, its completed projects include No. 5 Residence and Chongqing Hon Kwok Centre. The Company鈥檚 property business is operated through its subsidiary, Hon Kwok Land Investment Company, Limited (Hon Kwok). Its indirectly held subsidiaries include J.L. Garment Manufacturers Limited, J.L. Group Company Limited, J.L. Investment Company Limited, Multi-Investment Group Limited and Prime Best Development Limited. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2010 (fiscal 2010), Hon Kwok acquired Newsun Commercial Building. The Newsun Commercial Building is held as an investment property.
