It is principally engaged in trading of construction machinery and spare parts, leasing of construction machinery and providing repair and maintenance services in respect of the construction machinery. It has three segments: trading of new and used tower cranes, as well as new mast climbing work platforms; rental of tower cranes, and provision of crane maintenance services. It operates in Hong Kong, Singapore, Vietnam and Macau. Its subsidiaries include Gold Lake Holdings Limited, Manta Engineering and Equipment Company, Limited and Manta Engineering and Equipment (Macau) Company Limited.
