Van Shung Chong Holdings Limited (VSC) is principally engaged in the stockholding and trading of construction materials, such as steel products, sanitary wares, kitchen cabinets, home furniture and plastic resins, and installation work of kitchen cabinets. It has four operating segments: Steel distribution, Building products, Plastics and Coil centers. Steel distribution operations comprise stockholding business of rebars, structural steel and engineering products in Hong Kong and steel distribution in the People鈥檚 Republic of China. Building Products Distribution engages in distributing sanitary wares in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hong Kong and Macau. Plastic department distributes general and engineering plastic resins, and services various industries, including home appliances and toy manufacturers. The Company鈥檚 subsidiaries include Fit Team Holdings Limited, Leisure Plus Building Products (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., Van Shung Chong Hong Limited and Vantage Godown Company Limited.
