Four Seas Food Investment Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. The Company, through its subsidiaries, is principally engaged in the trading of frozen meat, seafood and vegetables, and the principal activities of associates are the manufacturing and trading of snack foods, confectionery, beverages, frozen food products, noodles, poultry products, ham and ham-related products, and the operations of restaurants. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2010 (fiscal 2010), it acquired 0.65% interest in Four Seas Mercantile Holdings Limited. As of March 31, 2010, it had 20 manufacturing plants in both Mainland China and Hong Kong, which produced a range of food products, including seaweed, candies, snacks and confectioneries, peanuts, potato chips, instant noodles, ice-cream, biscuits, cake, chestnuts, ham, sausages, frozen dim sums and beverages. Its subsidiaries include Capital Season Investments Limited, Hung King Development Limited and William Food Company Limited.

Hong Kong Food Investment Holdings Limited ("HK Food Inv") principally engages in frozen meat trading and investment in food companies businesses, with the former being its core business. HK Food Inv is one of the largest frozen meat importers in Hong Kong to supply to both Hong Kong and Mainland China markets. Imported items include poultry, pork, beef, marine products and other frozen food products which are sourced from major meat producing countries, such as South America, United States, Germany, United Kingdom, Australia and etc. With more than seventy years of history, HK Food Inv has built up a long-term and excellent business relationship with major meat manufacturers and suppliers around the world, such as Perdigao S.A. in Brazil. The Company is also a market leader in the Hong Kong frozen meat market, attributing to its persistently developing of high quality products to the consumers. Leveraging on financial strength, long-established leading position and actively developing of frozen meat markets, HK Food Inv's distribution network extensively covers every sector of the frozen meat market, including major supermarket chains, fast food chains, Chinese restaurants, western restaurants, hotels, airlines, catering distributors and frozen meat operators in the wet market.
