Wealth Glory Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. The Company is engaged in the manufacturing and sale of packaged foods. The Company is a supplier of non-fried noodles targeting Asian consumers, particularly Chinese, and is principally engaged in the supply and sale of dried noodles including bowl noodles and packed noodles and the manufacture and sale of fresh noodles, including but not limited to hefen, wonton noodles and yi mein. As of March 31, 2010, the Company provided 90 products of which 84 were under its own brand name and six were under an OEM customers鈥?brand name. Among its own brand products, 59 are dried noodle products, and 25 are fresh noodle products. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2010 (fiscal 2010), approximately 96.4 % and approximately 3.6 % of the Company鈥檚 turnover were generated from the sale of dried noodles and fresh noodles, respectively.
