The Company operates two segments: the property investment segment, which invests in office space and industrial properties for its rental income potential, and the sale of dried cassava chips segment is engages in the procurement and sale of dried cassava chips. It subsidiaries include Artwell Tapioca Limited, Artsun International Macao Limited, Rizhao Yushun Cassava. Co., Ltd., Alush (Thailand) Co., Ltd, Global Property Connection Co., Ltd and Art Ocean Development Limited. Its service includes sourcing dried cassava chips from the Southeast Asian regions (such as Thailand), processing, storage and warehousing, shipping arrangement, and delivery and logistics, and supplies its products under the Artwell brand in the People鈥檚 Republic of China.

Armed with an all-round integrated business model boasting processing, procurement and storage capabilities, Asia Cassava Resources Holdings Limited is the largest exporter of dried cassava chips in Thailand and the largest supplier of Thai cassava chips in the PRC. It sources dried cassava chips from Southeast Asia, stores them in warehouse facilities, organises shipping and delivery logistics and sells its products mainly under the “Artwell” brand to customers in the PRC.
