Hao Tian Resources Group Limited (Hao Tian Resources), formerly Winbox International (Holdings) Limited, is an investment holding company. The Company鈥檚 subsidiaries are engaged in the development and exploitation of underground coking coal mine in People鈥檚 Republic of China and manufacture and sale of plastic and paper boxes for luxury consumer goods. It operates in two segments: sale of plastic and paper boxes for luxury consumer goods, and developing of underground coking coal mine, coal production and sale of coal. The Company operates in France and China. The Company holds interest in two coal mines in Wuhai City, Inner Mongolia. Its Tianyu Coal Washing Plant is located within Mine No.4 mining area. On January 25, 2010, Win Team Investments Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company acquired Merrymaking Investments Limited and Pleasing Results Limited. On June 15, 2011, Champ Universe Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, acquired Venture Path Limited.
