JF Household Furnishings Limited is an investment holding company. The Company, along with its subsidiaries is principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of furnishings, home products and accessories primarily used in kitchens and bathrooms with stainless steel as raw materials and wooden panel furniture. The Company operates in two segments: stainless steel furnishings, which is engaged in the manufacture and sale of stainless steel furnishings and home products and wooden furnishings, which is engaged in the manufacture and sale of wooden panel furniture. The Company鈥檚 subsidiaries include JF Household Furnishings (Asia) Ltd., JF Household Furnishings (BVI) Ltd., Keylink Technology Limited, JF Household Furnishings (Macau) Holdings Ltd. and JF Ningbo.

The Group (JF Household Furnishings Limited ) is engaged in the manufacture and sale of home furnishing products and accessories, in stainless steel as raw material, for kitchen and bathroom on OEM basis since year 1999.

Stainless steel has excellent characteristics such as environmental friendly, easy maintenance, strong resistance to corrosion; stylish, modern look, which makes it an ideal material for home furnishing products and accessories.

The Group produces over 100 different home furnishing articles for kitchen and bathroom, under strong relation with the main client (IKEA),the world biggest retailer in this industry, who sells in over 30 countries and territories. In the recent years, sales to IKEA count for 86% of the Group's turnover, on OEM basis.
The Group's products can be categorized into pedal bin, cabinet handles, kitchen accessories, bathroom accessories and others. Since year 2001, the Group's turnover increases over 70% annually.

The Group's production is mainly facilitated in Yuyao, Ningbo, China, under the names of 'JF A.C.R. Equipment Supplies (Ningbo) Co ., Ltd.' and 'Ningbo JF Metal Products Co., Ltd.', 100% foreign invested. JF A.C.R. Equipment Supplies (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. is honored as Yuyao Municipal 20 Best by Yuyao municipal authority and 'Best Foreign Invested Enterprise' by China Foreign Invested Enterprise Committee in year 2004.
