Starlite Holdings Limited is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company. The Company鈥檚 subsidiaries are principally engaged in the printing and manufacturing of packaging materials, labels, paper products and environmentally friendly paper products. The Company operates in Southern China, Eastern China and South East China. Its paper products include books, greeting cards, and stationery products. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2010 (fiscal 2010), it focused on marketing children鈥檚 books and luxury packaging. The Company鈥檚 directly held subsidiaries include Starlite International (Holdings) Ltd., Starlite Printers Holdings Cook Islands Limited, Everfar Holdings Limited, Starlite Printers (Far East) Pte. Ltd. and Everfar Holdings Limited.
