Its subsidiaries include Anway Century Limited, Bright Unit Limited, Brighten Heart Limited, Charm Empire International Limited and Cankon Properties Limited. On July 2009, the Company disposed of its wholly owned subsidiary, Bright Oriental International Limited (Bright Oriental).
