G-Vision International (Holdings) Limited is an investment holding company. The Company, together with its subsidiaries, is principally engaged in the operation of Chinese restaurants in Hong Kong, which focuses on Chiu Chow cuisine. It has three segments: restaurant operations, property investment and environmental friendly paper tableware. The Company鈥檚 operations are located in People鈥檚 Republic of China and Hong Kong. Its restaurants include City Chiu Chow Restaurant and Hover City Chiu Chow Restaurant. It is a subsidiary of Kong Fai International Limited. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2010 (fiscal 2010), the Company suspended its environmental friendly tableware business in the People鈥檚 Republic of China. The Company鈥檚 subsidiaries include CCC Holdings (BVI) Limited, CCC Investments (BVI) Limited, CCC Overseas Investments (BVI) Limited, City Chiu Chow Investment Development Limited and City Chiu Chow Management & Consultants Company Limited.
