Champion Real Estate Investment Trust (Champion REIT) is a trust formed to own and invest in income-producing office and retail properties. The Company focuses on Grade-A commercial properties in prime locations. It offers investors direct exposure to 2.85 million square feet of prime office and retail floor area by way of two properties in Hong Kong, Citibank Plaza and Langham Place, one on each side of the Victoria Harbour. The entities controlled by Champion REIT include CP Finance (BVI) Limited, Cojoin Properties Limited, East Power Limited, Elvert Castle Holdings Limited and Fuscastus Limited, among others. Eagle Asset Management (CP) Limited is the manager of Champion REIT.
