GZI Real Estate Investment Trust (GZI REIT) is Hong Kong-based real estate investment trust. GZI REIT鈥檚 property portfolio (Properties) consists of five commercial properties located in Guangzhou. As at 31 December 2009, GZI REIT鈥檚 property portfolio consists of five properties, which includes White Horse Building, Fortune Plaza, City Development Plaza, Victory Plaza and Yue Xiu Metropolis. During the year ended December 31, 2009, GZI REIT engaged Guangzhou Yicheng Property Management Ltd (Yicheng) and White Horse Property Management Company (collectively, Leasing Agents) to provide designated leasing, marketing, tenancy management and property management services to the Properties. GZI REIT Asset Management Limited is the manager of GZI REIT. The property portfolio of GZI REIT has an area of ownership of 223,614.3 square meters and a rentable area of 211,031.1 square meters. As at December 31, 2009, the overall occupancy rate of the portfolio was 99.2%.
