The Company has two segments: Office properties and Retail properties. As of June 30, 2010, Sunlight REIT offers investors the opportunity to invest in a diversified portfolio of 12 office and eight retail properties totaling 1,294,389 square feet in gross rentable area and had a total of 1,017 tenancies. As of June 30, 2010, its property portfolio included Winsome House Property, 135 Bonham Strand Trade Centre Property, 235 Wing Lok Street Trade Centre, Java Road 108 Commercial Centre, Yue Fai Commercial Centre Property, On Loong Commercial Building Property, Everglory Centre, Sheung Shui Centre Shopping Arcade, Sun Fai Commercial Centre Property, Wai Ching Commercial Building Property, 248 Queen鈥檚 Road East and Bonham Trade Centre.
