Inno-Tech Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. Through its subsidiaries, the Company is principally engaged in the provisions of system design and integration services; provisions of management and maintenance of network services, and provisions of design and integrate value-added services with its software applications. The Company operates through three segments: Intelligent system, which is engaged in the development and sale of intelligent home electronic application system; Hotel management, which is engaged in the provision for hotel management services, and Gold mining, which is engaged in mining and processing of gold mines. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2010 (fiscal 2010), the Company completed the acquisition of a further 47.2% of HK Gaofeng Limited. As of June 30, 2010, the Company held 62.6% interest in HK Gaofeng Limited. During fiscal 2010, the Company divested its investments in Great China Media Holdings Limited (GCM).
