BEIJING SHENHUAXIN CO., LTD., formerly SHENZHEN HUAXIN CO., LTD., is principally engaged in the sales of natural gas and natural gas machines. During the year ended December 31, 2009, the Company obtained approximately 79.39% and 12.56% of its total revenue from the sale of compressed natural gas (CNG) equipment and the supply of natural gas, respectively. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had five major subsidiaries, engaged in the storage, transportation and distribution, sale, maintenance and management of natural gas and liquefied gas, the installation, testing and maintenance of CNG, the technical development and sale of computer software and communication products, as well as industrial investment.
