Gold Peak Industries (Holdings) Limited is an investment holding company. As of March 31, 2011, Gold Peak holds an approximately 81.1% interest in GP Industries Limited (GP Industries) while GP Industries holds an approximately 49.7% interest in GP Batteries International Limited. The Company鈥檚 product categories include GP batteries, KEF and CELESTION loudspeakers. The Company鈥檚 subsidiaries are engaged in marketing and trading of audio and electronics equipment; trading of loudspeakers; manufacturing of electronics and acoustics products; manufacturing and trading of lighting products and accessories; manufacturing of metal parts and personal health care products; manufacturing of automotive wire harness, transformers and switching mode power supply, and property holding in Hong Kong. The Company operates in three segments: Electronics, Batteries and Other investments. In November 2010, GP Batteries International Limited acquired a 30% interest in Hanoi Battery Joint Stock Company.
