The Company holds 65% interest in resort hotel and entertainment Grand Waldo complex in Cotai, Macau. Its subsidiaries include Get Nice Incorporated, Get Nice Securities Limited and Get Nice Capital Limited. On October 4, 2010, the Company completed the acquisition of an additional 15% interest in Great China Company Limited and Grand Waldo Entertainment Limited.
