Greenheart Group Limited (Greenheart), formerly Omnicorp Limited, is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company. The principal activities of the subsidiaries of Greenheart consist of log harvesting, timber processing, marketing and sales of logs and timber products. The Company owns 60.4% in one of Suriname's natural forest concession with vertically integrated operations and harvesting rights to approximately 184,000 hectares of hardwood. On March 1, 2010, Greenheart acquired 60% of Vista Marine Services N.V., which harvesting rights to 128,000 hectares of tropical hardwood bringing Greenheart group's total concession and harvesting rights to 312,000 hectares. On March 31st 2011, it acquired a softwood plantation in New Zealand with a net harvestable area of 11,000 hectares.
