Chaoyue Group Limited is an investment holding company. The Company operates in four segments: Direct drinking water, Purification equipment, Environmental engineering and Mining. The Direct drinking water segment leases direct drinking water purification machines and receives royalty income for use of the Company鈥檚 brand name. The Purification equipment segment manufactures and sells air purification and water purification equipments. The Environmental engineering is engaged in construction and installation of air purification and sewage treatment system. The Mining segment is engaged in the exploration of gold and copper. Its operations are principally located in the People鈥檚 Republic of China and Kyrgyzstan. The parent and ultimate holding company is Long Grand Limited. On March 23, 2011, the Company disposed its 100% equity interests in Shenzhen Kang Cheng He Air Purification Equipment Company Limited (Shenzhen Kang Cheng He).
