Natural Beauty Bio-Technology Limited is an investment holding company. The Company is principally engaged in manufacturing and selling of skin care, beauty and aroma therapeutic products and provision of skin treatments, beauty and spa services and skin care consulting and beauty training. The Company operates in People鈥檚 Republic of China, Taiwan and Others (Hong Kong, Malaysia and Macau). The Company sells its products through franchise spas, self-owned spas and counters in department stores. As at 31 December 2010, there were 1,427 spas and 47 counters. During the year ended December 31, 2010, a total of 97 stores were opened and 309 stores were closed. Its flagship product, NB-1 products family includes anti-aging NB-1 series, NB-1 Whitening series, NB-1 anti-allergy and NB-1 pore refining series. During 2010, the Company launched 11 products for NB-1 series, seven products for aromatherapeutic products and seven health supplement products in People鈥檚 Republic of China.
