The Company, together with its subsidiaries, operates in five segments: Contract Manufacturing, which is engaged in the contract manufacturing business, on original equipment manufacturing and electronic manufacturing services service provider, of a range of power-related and electrical/electronic products; Tools, which is engaged in the manufacturing, procurement and distribution of lawn, garden tools; Metrology, which is engaged in the design, manufacturing, procurement and distribution of precision measuring instruments for automotive, aerospace, oil and gas markets; Magnetics, which includes cast alloy, magnetic tools, magnetic chucks and turnkey magnetic systems, and Consumer Electronics, which offers electronic consumer products. On 31 December 2010, it entered into an agreement to sell leadframes business, Jade Precision Engineering Pte Ltd. On March 10, 2010, it acquired Baty International Limited.
