CITIC 21CN Company Limited is an investment holding company. The Company, along with its subsidiaries, is an integrated information and content service provider. The Company has three segments: Telecommunications/information value-added services, which is engaged in the provision of telecommunications/information value-added services; Authentication and Tracking System (PIATS), which involves operation of an exclusive platform for PIATS, and System integration and software development, which is engaged in the provision of system integration and software development. The Company鈥檚 subsidiaries include CITIC 21CN Telecom Company Limited, CITIC 21CN (China) Technology Company Limited and Guangdong Grand Cycle Technology Company Limited.
