HKC International Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. Through its subsidiaries, the Company operates in three divisions: sales of mobile phones, sales of business solutions and property investment. On July,7, 2009, the group completed the acquisition of an additional 30% equity interest in Wavex Technologies Pte. Ltd. (Wavex). In September, 2009, the Company completed the disposal of its entire equity interest in WaveTech Sdn Bhd. Its subsidiaries include HKC Group Limited, HKC Properties Limited, Superior Charm Limited, which are engaged in investment holding; Hong Kong Communications Company Limited, which is engaged in sales and distribution of mobile phones and business solutions in Hong Kong, and Generalvestor (H.K.) Limited, which is engaged in property investment.
