  China Haidian Holdings Limited (“China Haidian”) (Stock code: 256) is a publicly listed company in Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 1991.

The group’s activities are as follow:

Watch and timepieces:
We own “EBOHR” and “ROSSINI” watches brands, both manufacture and sale own watch brand throughout China. Both brands are in the top 4 watch brands in China watch industry. According to the statistic issued by www.famouswatch.cn in 2007, the market shares of EBOHR and ROSSINI were 20.19% and 23.14% respectively; which accounted for approximately 43% of the watch industry in China. Both brands were accredited ISO9001 and China top brand products.

Enamelled copper wires:
Manufacture and sale of enamelled copper wires. The company has two companies involves in the enamelled copper wire business with Citychamp Dartong –Shanghai stock exchange listed company and Qingjiang Motor. One is located at Fuzhou and another one is located at Jiangsu. Our enamelled copper wires business is the market leader in the industry.
The Chinese President Hu Jintao and other government leaders as well as officials of Fujian Province and Fuzhou Municipality have made inspection tours to Fuzhou Datong many times. Mr. Jiang Zemin once inscribed for the company during his inspection tour to the company.

Property development and investment:
The company formed joint venture (30%) with Citychamp Dartong to develop property project in Shenzhen China. The company is the shareholder of Citychamp Dartong, and Citychamp Dartong developing property in several metropolitan of China. Also, the company has stable rental return in Guangdong Province and Hong Kong.
