Trauson Holdings Company Limited is an investment holding company. The Company is engaged in the research, design, manufacture and sales of orthopedic implants and medical instruments. It has four segments: Trauma products, Spine products, Original equipment manufacturing (OEM) products and Others. Trauma products are engaged in surgical treatment for bone fractures due to accidents and pathological. Spine products are engaged in surgical treatment for spinal disorders, deformity, fractures and back pain conditions caused by degenerative disc disease or other pathological reasons. Original equipment manufacturing (OEM) products are engaged in manufacturing orthopedic products in accordance with customers鈥?orders and specifications. Others are engaged in medical instrument and other components. On March 10, 2010, the Company, through Trauson Holdings HK, acquired Trauson Hong Kong and Orthmed Hong Kong.
