Media China Corporation Limited and its subsidiaries is principally engaged in television advertising business and content production business. The Company鈥檚 subsidiaries are engaged in the investment in television drama, film production and advertising production in Peoples Republic of China (PRC); production of television programmes (other than news) for the travel channel in the PRC, and advertisement production in PRC. It has two segments: television advertising business and content production business. Other Company operations mainly comprise the trading of investment securities. The Company鈥檚 subsidiaries include Asia Union Film and Media, Hai Nan Haishi Travel Satellite TV Media Co., Ltd, Beijing Ying Shi Film & Television Art Limited Liability Company and Beijing Hua Yi Shan He Shui Advertising Company Limited.
