Century Sunshine Group Holdings Limited, formerly Century Sunshine Ecological Technology Holdings Limited, is an investment holding company. The Company, along with its subsidiaries, is principally engaged in the production and sales of agriculture-related products, raw materials and magnesium-related products. It operates in three segments: Agriculture-related products, Raw materials and Magnesium-related products. The company acquired an exploration right of a dolomite mine in Jilin province, the People鈥檚 Republic of China, with a site area of 4.65 square kilometers in December 2009. During the year ended December 31, 2009, the Company completed the construction of its production plant in Jilin Province, the People鈥檚 Republic of China. The plant has an annual production capacity of 10,000 tons of magnesium ingots and magnesium alloy products. Its subsidiaries include American Excellent Pesticide Limited, Capital Idea Investments Limited and Bright Stone Group Limited.
