Cash Financial Services Group Limited (CFSG) is an investment holding company. The Company is a subsidiary of Celestial Investment Group Limited. It operates in two segments: Financial services and Retailing. Financial services segment provides brokerage, finance, corporate finance services and securities trading. Financial service provides international trading services for Hong Kong, United States and China B-Share securities. The Retailing segment is engaged in the sale of furniture, household goods and electrical appliances. The Company has developed 3D AI Broker and CASH SNS. The 3D AI Broker provides interactive online communication. CASH SNS is a financial portal that contains financial market information, financial education, entertainment games and interactive sharing. The Company acquired equity interest of 60% and 40% respectively in the Retail Group from CASH Group Limited on July 6, 2009, and October 12, 2009, respectively.
