TC Interconnect Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. Through its subsidiaries, the Company operates in three business segments: manufacturing and trading of single-sided printed circuit boards (PCBs) (single-sided); manufacturing and trading of double-sided PCBs (double-sided), and manufacturing and trading of multi-layered PCBs (multi-layered). These PCBs are offered upto 12 layers. The products in the three categories are mainly applied in consumer electronics, computers and computer peripherals and communications equipment. During the year ended December 31, 2009, the Company expanded its business in the automotive and multimedia markets. Its operations are located in Hong Kong and the People鈥檚 Republic of China. The Company鈥檚 subsidiaries include Pacific Leader Development Limited, Tat Chun Printed Circuit Board Company Limited, Zhongshan Electric Company Limited, Zhongshan PCB and Guangdong Tat Chun.
