SiS International Holdings Limited acts as an investment trading and investment holding company, and provides corporate management services. Through its subsidiaries, the Company operates as a distributor of computer systems, software, peripherals and networking products in Asia. SiS offers manufacturers an access into Asia with a network consisting of more than 10,000 resellers, retailers, system integrators, software houses, value-added resellers and original equipment manufacturers located throughout the region. The Company鈥檚 operating segment are distribution of IT products - Hong Kong, distribution of IT products - Singapore, distribution of IT products - Malaysia and property investment. On March 8, 2010, the Company completed the divestiture of its investment in car parks. It acquired a commercial property located at 9 Queen鈥檚 Road in Hong Kong in 2010. During the year ended December 31, 2009, the Company disposed its subsidiary, SiS International Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.
