City e-Solutions Limited is an investment holding company engaged in the provision of consultancy services. The Company, along with its subsidiaries, operates in four segments: investment holding, which is engaged in the equity investment and other investment activities; hospitality related services, which is involved in the provision of hotel management, hotel reservation, and revenue management services, risk management services and procurement services; property investment, which includes property investment activities, and education related services, which includes the provision of education, childcare and learning related services. The Company's investing activities are mainly carried out in Hong Kong. The hospitality related services are carried out by the subsidiaries based in the United States. The education related activities were carried out mainly in Singapore and Hong Kong through a jointly controlled entity which was disposed of by the Company in March 2009.
