Group Sense (International) Limited is an investment holding company. The Company, through its subsidiaries, is engaged in the design, manufacture and sale of a range of electronic handheld products, primarily electronic dictionaries, personal communication products, and manufacture of original design manufacturing (ODM) products. The Company has three segments: the electronic handheld products segment designs, manufactures and sells a range of electronic handheld products; the ODM products segment designs, manufactures and sells ODM products, and the corporate and others segment comprises corporate income, expenses, asset and liability items related to the Company鈥檚 investment activities. The Company鈥檚 subsidiaries include Concept Technology Industries Limited, Favourable Outcome Limited, Global Asia High-tech Electronics Co., Ltd., Group Sense (China) Limited, Group Sense (Dongguan) Limited, Group Sense (Holding) Limited and Group Sense (S.E.A.) Limited.
