China HealthCare Holdings Limited is a Bermuda-based investment holding company. The Company is organized into four divisions: Sales of medical devices and consumables, business-to-business (B-to-B) healthcare services, business-to-consumer (B-to-C) consumer services and investment holding. Its B-to-C consumer services segment is engaged in E-distribution of mobile pre-charge. The Company鈥檚 subsidiaries include Junghua Enterprises Holdings Limited, Shanghai New Everstep Investment Management and Consultancy Limited, Shanghai Qiangzhi Biotechnologies Co., Ltd. (SQB) and West Regent Property Limited. As of March 31, 2010, the Company held 44.76% interest in Harvest Network Limited (Harvest Network). On December 20, 2009, the Company acquired 100% equity interests in Nanjing Wangchi Technology Company Limited (Nanjing Wangchi).
